Home of the Delaware Bison

Bison Practices are now being held every Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6:00 pm in Claymont next to Falcon Field behind Claymont Elementary School.  Tuesday’s we will be on the practice field and will be in full gear.  Thursday’s we will be in helmets only.

The  Philadelphia Braves beat the Delaware Bison in Central Division play on Saturday, July 17th at Eden Park in Wilmington, Delaware.

Bison Bust against Braves

The RAFL’s 2010 season schedule has been changed.  Many changes to the league have caused a shift in divisions.  Therefore, the Bison will not be defending their 2009 Delaware Valley Division Crown; instead, the Bison find themselves in the newly created Central Division.  Along with the Bison in the Division will be last years Delaware Valley member Philadelphia Braves and new member the Philadelphia Gators.

Season Schedule Changed

The Bison recently concluded the 1st Annual Bison/Falcon Youth Football Camp.  The two week camp was attended by more than 200 youth ranging in age from 5 to 15 years old. 

Skilled learned included throwing, catching, running, and other physical movements.  All participants had a great time learning and playing during the camp. 

The Delaware Bison and the Claymont Falcons look forward to another successful camp next year.
